According to T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com, the Rangers have been told that Barry Zito is going to sign with another club, reportedly San Francisco. Sullivan reports that the Rangers' offer to Zito was for six years and a guaranteed $84 million, with an option for a seventh year at $15 million that would have vested if Zito pitched 200 innings in 2012, the sixth year of the deal.
