What a Mother’s Day for Josh and Jace Jung’s mother, Mary. One of the boys was going to win and one would lose — so might as well have one of them basically salt the game away with a missile over the fence (and a trot past the other).
That was cool.
Texas wins its first series in the last seven — and deals Detroit its first series loss at home all year.
Meanwhile, as long as we’re on the topic of siblings, let me assure you, Adrienne (Beltre) and Cliff (Flea), we are not looking for a third dog.
But if and when we do, be kind to Mikko (Wagtanen).
