From Richard Durrett of the Dallas Morning News early Friday evening: "A club source confirmed the Rangers have agreed to terms with left-handed pitcher Robbie Ross, who was the club's second-round pick in this year's draft." No terms were disclosed. Great news. Still no word on first-rounder Justin Smoak, whose deadline to sign is at 11 p.m. Friday night.
