I’m a tiny bit cranky each morning when I don’t get the Wordle in three tries. I had a good run a month or two ago when a streak of three-guess wins had my threes nearly caught up with my fours. I think I was two shy. Since then, I’ve fallen back further.
The Rangers have lost the last five times that a victory would have gotten them back to that elusive .500 record. The last time they didn’t have a losing record was May 1.
Fortunately, if not insanely, they nonetheless hold down a playoff spot as I type this.
