My weekly column for MLB.com is changing a bit this year. Instead of a weekly Top 20 Prospects ranking, as we've done the last two seasons, we're going with alternating themes: 1. Twice a month I will do a "Keep Your Eye On" column where I'll take a close look at some sort of development or tidbit from the minor or major leagues for Texas. 2. Another two times a month I'll run a Top 10 list from the Rangers' farm system – but it won't be a straight prospects ranking. One week it might be the top 10 right-handed starting pitchers. The next, maybe the top 10 power hitters. Or the top 10 Latin American signees. Or the top 10 pitches (not pitchers, but pitches) in the system. All with commentary. On the second theme, I already have a list of ideas for categories, but I'd appreciate it if you would feed your own ideas back on what you'd like to see ranked in the Rangers' farm system this season, especially if they're a little less conventional.
